Headed over to Julie and Regina's in St. Paul around 5:00 p.m. Didn't think we'd have any trick-or-treaters before we left but we noticed one walking up to the house around 4:30. We quickly pulled the shades down. We felt badly but we didn't have anything on hand to pass out. Anyway, upon arrival at Julie and Regina's we noticed they were well stocked in the candy department. Too bad they only had one trick-or-treater.
