Our neighbor, Toni, is the self-proclaimed Queen of Halloween. Judging by her costumes and the display she puts up every year I'd say she's worthy of the title. Athena went a little nuts over the hound of hell moving balloon dog. Toni came out of her Frankenstein tent and asked what the barking was about. I said Athena was having some issues with the dog. In character, Toni told Athena not to be afraid of her dog. She told me there'd be more folks out in costume shortly but that they were currently in make-up. I told her I'd try to stop back later.
